1. General terms and conditions (GTC)
For the business relationship between URBN STDIOS AG, Badenerstrasse 549, 8049 Zurich, UID No. CHE-487.813.591 (hereinafter "Seller" or "URBNC3") and the user (hereinafter "User" or "Customer"), the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of the order.
URBN STDIOS AG is the owner and operator of www.urbnc3.com (including all domains and subdomains associated with urbnc3.com). These GTC apply to all users of the website, regardless of how you access it, and include all technologies, devices and products on which the URBNC3 website is available. By accessing, browsing and/or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms without limitation, regardless of whether you create an account through the Site, register on the Site or log in with your account. If you are not willing to accept these Terms, do not use or access the Website or place an order. We reserve the right to change our terms at any time, so you will be subject to the current terms each time you use this website; you should always check them to ensure that you agree to them.

2. Order confirmation
Whilst we try to display the colours of our products on the website faithfully, the actual colours will depend on your monitor and screen settings and we therefore cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your screen will be exactly the same as the product at the time of delivery and/or receipt:
Variations in manufacturing, your monitor and computer hardware settings may affect fabrics and product designs, which means that the products supplied may be slightly different in appearance to those shown and described on the website;
All offers are valid "while stocks last" unless otherwise stated on the products. Furthermore, errors excepted and we reserve the right not to deliver if the stock was incorrect at the time the order was received. In this case we will contact you and give you the option of cancelling the order or choosing a different colour/size.
Please note that your order will not be processed until you have placed the order correctly and we have received authorisation from your payment card.
All orders placed in the online shop are binding. The contract between customer and seller is concluded by sending the order and electronically accepting the GTC. By placing an order, you accept our General Terms and Conditions and all prices and guarantee that you are legally able to enter into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years of age.

3. Prices
Outside of Switzerland, all fees charged by URBNC3 are exclusive of any taxes, duties or other governmental levies or financial charges. You agree to pay and be responsible for any taxes, duties, levies or charges for the use of the Transaction Services in addition to our service fees.
In addition to the prices quoted, a flat shipping fee of CHF 22.00 will be charged for deliveries outside the EU and Switzerland. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to the buyer on a separate information page and during the ordering process.

4. Shipping & delivery
Our products are expected to be ready for despatch on the date specified on the product page when the order is placed, subject to reasonable delays in manufacture and/or delivery. This date is an estimate only, is subject to change, and the Seller does not guarantee that it will be able to ship the products on the estimated date. Consequently, in the event of a delay and failure to meet the estimated shipping and/or release date of the product, URBNC3 shall not be responsible for any damages that may result from the delay and shall not be obligated to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to such delays, except as set forth in these terms. The products will be dispatched in the order in which your pre-order is received by the Seller.

If you have not received your parcel or it arrives damaged, you must notify us of the details of your order within 7 calendar days of receipt.

5. Changes / Cancellation
Changes or cancellations of an order are only possible if its production has not yet started, as otherwise non-amortisable costs have already been incurred (material, producers' working time, etc.).

If you wish to cancel your order and receive a refund, please contact us regarding your refund request. Each refund request is handled on a case-by-case basis.
If for any reason your order cannot be produced or delivered at a reasonable cost, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a refund.

6. Fit guarantee
We offer a perfect fit guarantee for our sandals. If they do not fit, we will, where possible, replace individual components first. If this does not solve the problem, we will offer a free remake, subject to the following conditions:
- The new product must be identical to the original.
- The original shoes must be returned to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Style and colour changes are subject to an additional 20% charge.
- Changes are free of charge if the colour/material is not in stock.

URBNC3 reserves the right to refuse complete remakes if our professionals feel that individual adjustments are best suited, the returned products are not in perfect condition and/or the customer does not cooperate with the information requested for the remakes.

7. Disclaimer
URBNC3 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, for the products offered, whether before or after pre-order. You understand and agree that the products, their design and technical features are currently under development and that the products delivered to you may differ materially from the prototypes displayed. If you are dissatisfied with your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is to cancel your pre-order as described above (Section 7) or have it adjusted (Section 8).

8. Changes and exclusion rights
URBNC3 reserves the right to make unannounced changes to the website, as well as to change, delete or add content, services and conditions in order to constantly improve the website and keep it up to date. URBNC3 also reserves the right to deny access to the website and / or services without prior notice to the user or a third party if the user violates these terms and conditions.
